Terms, conditions and privacy

1) General terms

This page describes the main rules for using the website and the terms for sending a reservation request. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read the terms below.

Reservation request

• A reservation is considered valid after phone confirmation from the restaurant.
• We may contact you to clarify details such as time, number of guests, occasion and other information.
• For large groups, for example over 20 people, we may ask for additional information or a comment for better organisation.

2) Personal data (information and consent)

To process your reservation request, we need to collect a minimal set of personal data. We process personal data only for the purposes of the reservation and communication with you.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is Restaurant "Deliorman" ("we", "us"). For contact details, see the Contact section below.

What data we collect

• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Date, time and number of guests
• Additional message or comment, if you provide one
• IP address (technical identifier) sent together with the request as "Client IP"

IP address (security and abuse prevention)

When you submit a reservation or contact form, we may also process the IP address of your device (Client IP). We do this on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in order to protect our website and services.

Purpose: security, prevention of fraud and abuse, and protection against spam and automated requests, including blocking malicious visitors.

Storage period: IP addresses are stored or visible only for as long as necessary for security and abuse-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

What we use the data for

• To process your reservation request and contact you for confirmation.
• To prevent abuse, such as multiple automated requests.
• To improve service and organisation for larger groups and events.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of performing a request or contract, namely reservation processing, and/or your consent when applicable.

In addition, we process IP address and technical data for security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Storage period

We store the data only for the period necessary to process the reservation and the follow-up communication, unless a longer period is required by law. Data related to security, including the IP address, is stored only as long as needed for security purposes.

Recipients and processors

The request data is used by the restaurant team for confirmation. The technical infrastructure may include service providers such as hosting. If we use external notification or communication services, they may access the content of the request as processors.

Your rights

• Right of access to the data and a copy of it
• Right to correction in case of inaccuracies
• Right to erasure where applicable
• Right to restriction and objection to processing where applicable

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
